Shipping Policy
At AMCustomize, many of our products are custom-made according to the customer’s specific design, color, and text preferences. Because of this, our fulfillment process includes a short production stage before shipping.
Order Customization & Mockup Approval
When placing an order, customers are required to provide the customization details for their product. This may include:

Desired text

Preferred color
-
Logo file (if applicable)

Any specific design instructions
Once the required information is received, our team will create a design mockup for the customer's review and approval.
Production will begin only after the customer confirms the mockup.
This process ensures that the final product matches the customer’s request as accurately as possible.
If the customer does not provide customization instructions, logo files, or does not respond to mockup approval requests within a reasonable time, AMCustomize reserves the right to proceed with production using a generic design similar to the product images displayed on the website.
This allows us to avoid indefinite order delays and complete the order in a timely manner.
Production Time
After receiving the customer's mockup approval, production typically takes:
Up to 3 business days
Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

We ship worldwide.
Orders may be shipped from one of our global fulfillment locations depending on product availability and logistics efficiency.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted international shipping providers including:

The shipping carrier will be selected based on the destination and the fastest available service.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once an order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
United States:
7–10 business days
International Orders:
7–18 business days depending on destination country and customs processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is included in the product price.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email from the shipping carrier so you can track your shipment in real time.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United States, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are not controlled by AMCustomize.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
AMCustomize will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide a replacement product if the shipment is confirmed lost or damaged.
