At AMCustomize, many of our products are custom-made according to the customer’s design, color, text, or logo specifications. Because of this, our return policy is designed to address situations where a genuine issue occurs while maintaining the integrity of custom manufacturing.

All custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once a customer approves the design mockup and production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or modified, as the item is being manufactured specifically for that order.

Customers may cancel an order only before the mockup has been approved and production has started.

If a product arrives with a manufacturing error caused by AMCustomize (such as incorrect text, color, or design compared to the approved mockup), we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange to replace the damaged item

Our products are designed for specific vehicle models and applications. Product compatibility information is provided on the product page.

Customers are responsible for verifying that the product is suitable for their vehicle before purchasing.

However, if a product cannot be properly installed due to a confirmed compatibility issue, please contact us and we will review the case and provide a suitable resolution.

To report an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Your message should include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if the item was damaged during shipping)

This information helps us evaluate the issue and provide a fast resolution.

If a return is approved, customers will be provided with a return address in the United States along with instructions for returning the product.

​

Returns or replacements will only be processed after our team reviews and approves the claim.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
