To ensure confidence in our products, we provide a 12-Month Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects.

AMCustomize provides a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery for the original purchaser only.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Defective materials

• Structural failure under normal use

If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, AMCustomize will provide a replacement part or component for the defective item.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase.

If a warranty claim is approved and determined to be caused by a manufacturing defect, AMCustomize will provide the replacement part and cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement product.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Improper or incorrect installation

• Vehicle accidents, collisions, or impact damage

• Racing, extreme use, or misuse

• Normal wear and tear

• Product modifications, drilling, cutting, repainting, or alterations

• Improper maintenance or use outside the intended purpose

All products should be installed according to proper mechanical practices. Damage caused by incorrect installation is not covered under warranty.

The warranty provided by AMCustomize applies only to the AMCustomize product only.

AMCustomize is not responsible for damage to other vehicle components, accessories, or mechanical parts, even if such damage occurs directly or indirectly as a result of installing or using our product.

To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact our support team and provide:

• Proof of purchase

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and installation area

This information allows our team to review the claim and determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
